Group Getaways at Sandals
Some of the best vacations are shared. Whether you're gathering friends, a club with a common passion, your old unit or your whole team, I'll plan a group escape where everyone simply relaxes.
Why I Love Planning Groups
I've planned group trips and traveled with small groups myself, and there's something special about watching friends, families and colleagues unwind together. At Sandals, everyone's meals, drinks and activities are included, so no one is splitting checks or chasing plans. You just enjoy each other.
I coordinate every reservation, keep track of each traveler's details and make sure the group leader isn't left managing it all. That's my job, and I love it.
Hosting a Military Reunion Next Year
As a military family, with Craig retired from the Army, we know how much those friendships mean. Next year I'm hosting a military reunion group at a Sandals resort, and I'd love to bring together more military and veterans groups, and a dive group, too. If your unit, squadron or club has been talking about getting together, let's make it happen somewhere unforgettable.
Ideas for Social & Interest Groups
Scuba diving, golf and pickleball are the most popular, but almost any shared interest makes a wonderful group trip.
Scuba Diving
Craig and I are PADI-certified Sandals divers, so a dive group is close to my heart.
Golf
Included green fees in Jamaica and St. Lucia make golf groups a natural fit.
Pickleball
Resorts like South Coast and Regency La Toc have dedicated courts.
Culinary & Cooking
Gather fellow food lovers around the many restaurants at each resort.
Sand Volleyball
Friendly matches on the beach, with the bar a few steps away.
Yoga, Wellness & Fitness
Morning classes, the Red Lane® Spa and time to truly recharge.
Photography & Birdwatching
Island light, sunsets and tropical birds to capture together.
Hiking, Running & Walking
Explore island trails and beachfront paths as a group.
Clubs of Every Kind
Travel clubs, book clubs, moms' groups, garden clubs and painting or watercolor circles.
Military & Veterans Reunions
Reconnect with the people you served alongside, somewhere truly relaxing.
Complimentary Room Credits
On many travel dates, Sandals rewards groups with complimentary room credits, often one credit for every fifth or ninth room booked. The group leader decides how to use them: on a specific room, shared evenly across the group, or toward their own stay.
Travel dates, blackout dates and terms apply. I'll confirm exactly what your group qualifies for.
Start Early
Group rooms and rates aren't held until deposits are made. The sooner we start, the better your group's choice of resort, room categories and dates. Groups typically start at five rooms, and I'll explain the booking terms that fit your group's size.
Corporate Retreats & Incentive Trips
Reward your top performers or bring your team together for meetings by day and island evenings by night. Many resorts offer ballrooms and meeting space. I've seen the spaces at Sandals Royal Bahamian, Ochi and South Coast in person, where they often host the returning guest dinner.
Largest Ballrooms
Sandals Royal Bahamian, Sandals Ochi, Sandals Royal Barbados, Sandals South Coast, Sandals Royal Curaçao, Sandals Saint Vincent, Sandals Grande St. Lucian and Beaches Turks & Caicos. These also offer medium and small meeting rooms.
Large Ballrooms
Sandals Grande Antigua, Sandals Montego Bay and Sandals Halcyon, plus medium and small meeting rooms.
Medium Ballrooms
Sandals Barbados, Sandals Grenada and Sandals Royal Plantation, plus small meeting rooms and event space.
Small Meeting Rooms
Sandals Regency La Toc and Sandals Royal Caribbean.
